LITERACY AND NUMERACY ASSESSMENTS

CLEAR REPORTS
We provide detailed, easy-to-understand reports for any assessments or services. Each report explains what was done, the outcomes, next steps, and suggested supports. They are individualised and broken into key components to guide accurate planning for your child.
PARENT GUIDANCE AND COACHING
We work with you to understand learning approaches and effective teaching practices, helping you feel confident advocating for your child. We break down barriers, clarify any misunderstandings, and provide guidance in parent-friendly language across all our services and within the school setting.
INDIVIDUALISED EDUCATION PLANS (IEPs)​
We assess your child through diagnostic assessments, and pulling school reports to guage areas of development and set educational SMART goals, strategies and at home support guidance
ONE TO ONE TUTORING
Using information from school reports and our Literacy and Numeracy assessments, we identify your child’s learning needs and create a tailored tutoring plan to help them progress with confidence.
SCHOOL OR KINDER OBSERVATIONS AND REPORTING
We can observe your child in their school or kindergarten setting to better understand how they learn. You’ll receive a detailed report highlighting what we observed, any challenges, and practical supports to help your child thrive.
VICTORIAN CURRICULUM SUPPORT
We unpack the curriculum and provide you with confidence in undertanding the progressional mapping of skills, Achievement Standards, how your child is assessed and reported on, and understand the ‘lingo’ of educational terms
ANALYSIS OF SCHOOL REPORTS
Review of school reports/ NAPLAN or other data sets to give you a clear picture of what the data is telling you about your child’s learning. Strengths, deficincies, next steps for learning- intervention recommendations

We help you understand the most effective teaching practices, so you are confident in knowing what your child’s school is doing to ensure learning occurs in the most effective way. We can couple this with a school observation & review this for you.

After reviewing your childs school report, better understanding needs, a personalised homework plan will be developed- short & sharp tasks for you to follow along with nightly with your child

We meet with your childs classroom or kinder teacher to discuss how they are going in the classroom and learning environment. We can offer in person meetings, over the phone or via email

We identify barriers to equitable assessment and design pathways that allow your child to demonstrate their learning in ways that suit their strengths and needs.

ATTENDING OR PREPARING FOR SCHOOL PARENT/TEACHER MEETINGS
