If you’re ready to take the next step, our support pathways offer practical, personalised help designed to make learning and inclusion achievable at school and at home.

Our services are built on a three-tier model that reflects the level of personalisation, frequency of support, and intensity of implementation. You won’t find set prices on our website because each plan is individually tailored, depending on the complexity of the case, frequency and intensity of support, and the individual needs within each unique profile.

We’re committed to providing fair, transparent, and reasonable pricing that reflects the quality, expertise, and care that go into every pathway. Our focus is always on achieving meaningful outcomes for your child or student by identifying and delivering the most effective supports to help them reach their potential.
Tiered Services

Tier 1 (Foundational) support
Ideal when: families need some support to take the first steps and would appreciate some general help and guidance along the way.
FOR EXAMPLE:

Pre / post teacher meeting preparation or feedback

Analysis and results discussion of school reports, NAPLAN results or assessments

Single literacy or numeracy assessment screeners

Tier 2 (Targeted) support
Ideal when: families need more detailed, personalised help or support to implement changes.​

· Individual Education Plan (IEP) review
· Development of personalised visual supports for school use

Tier 3 (Intensive) support
Ideal when: families require support with complex or high-needs situations requiring deep or intensive involvement or time to action recommendations.
